2023 MUTA Scholarship Winners
The Education Committee of the Mutual Union of the Tiv in America (MUTA) is thrilled to announce the recipients of the 2023 MUTA Education Scholarship Awards. MUTA scholarships are awarded to deserving Tiv undergraduate students from the 14 Tiv-speaking local governments of Benue state and one each from Nasarawa and Taraba states who are enrolled in STEM, Medicine and allied medical programs in Nigerian Universities. The scholarships are based on merit and are awarded to students who have demonstrated consistent and outstanding academic prowess, leadership potential, and a strong commitment to the Tiv community.
After careful evaluation of numerous applications, the committee is pleased to recognize the following individuals as the winners of the 2023 MUTA Education Scholarship Awards from their respective local government areas:
